Tips from a Master

In order for a marinade to be effective, it must contain acid, fat, salt, sweetener and flavour enhancers. The combination of these elements ensures that the protein is juicy, succulent and flavourful from the inside out.

3 tbsp Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

3 tbsp olive oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 garlic clove minced

1 tbsp italian herbs

3/4 cup Mazzetti Balsamic Vinegar of Modena

1/4 cup olive oil

1 tbsp brown sugar

1 tbsp dijon mustard

1 garlic clove minced

1 tbsp italian herbs

  • Step 1.

Whisk all the marinade ingredients together in a bowl.

  • Step 2.

Pour over desired meat, and marinate in the refrigerator for 1 to 4 hours (the longer the better), turning meat occasionally.
